Verapamil is a Dodellic language inspired by Old Tamil.

Phonology

Proto-Wakanic is reconstructed with 12 consonants, 11 vowels and two tones: high and low.

The low tone is marked with a grave accent: *dàbəno "tree", *meṇàgì "book", *nedə̀da "house" (→ Verapamil sallu (tree), vezhai (book), lesta (house))
