Thulean or Migkatsi is essentially an elflang. It's designed to be easy for me to pronounce but as syntactically unlike English, my L1, as I can bear. In universe it is spoken by a population of European pygmies, the Thuleans or Selhar, who live on Thule or Telku, an island in the North Atlantic, located where the Rockall Plateau is in our world.

Introduction
