Vocabulary

The base vocabulary is borrowed from Toki Pona (although some words have changed meanings) and Ithkuil affixes. Other words have either been borrowed from other languages or constructed from other words. Words have the following rules.

  1. Root words and non-grammatical affixes. must end with vowels
  2. Antonyms of words are the root word spelled backwards. If the word begins with a consonant, a schwa is added at the end.
  3. Color words are formed as in the subsection. If the word already exists, a schwa is prefixed.
  4. Words have one meaning and one meaning only.
  5. There are no multiword terms for a single word.
