Whitsoot (/ʍɨˈtsuːt/) is the second-largest city in the US state of Oregon and the county seat of Prichette County. It is a port city, located in the southwestern part of the state on the coast of the Pacific Ocean. The city covers an area of 73.8 square smiles (191.1 square kilometers) and its population in 2016 was estimated at 569,601, making it the 32nd most populous city in the United States.
