Languages of Taercnim
Most of my languages are for the constructed world of Taercnim, which I originally created with a friend in elementary school.
Lerta
Lerta is a large continent lying mostly north of the equator. Its area is 67,329,000 km². At around 40° north lies the Hadakhisidh mountain range, a wide horizontal formation of mountains. North of it is the Kingdom of Hur. In the southwest are the Viceose people, in the south are the Wints, and on the eastern edge lies the Kingdom of Qulma.
- Hurian (furakhum or hurrano furum) – infix- and suffix-heavy agglutinative language. Spoken in the Kingdom of Hur.
- Qulmian (qulm usíhipa) – a language based on triconsonantal roots, with a highly unusual case system inspired by Lojban. In addition to being a liturgical language, it is also spoken by a large number of people in the Kingdom of Qulma.
- Viceose (mansviceose drod) – my first and oldest conlang, which I created back in sixth grade, and the one that has gone through the largest number of incarnations. Spoken in the southwestern region of the same name.
Islands
Besides Lerta, most of Taercnim's landmasses are relatively small.
- Mogdese (mogdop) – began as an experiment with an extreme form of vowel harmony.
- Yetipe (yetipề) – a language based on vocalic and vocalic-consonantal roots, spoken in the northern islands of Blank of the Map.
