Undetermined phrasebook

This template lets you create a phrasebook notice, preferably directly under the second-level heading (==Header==
). See English Wiktionary entry how are you, for example.
Usage

#REQUIRED- Your language's name. Automatically capitalized.
|cat=

- Adds the entry to Category:language name phrasebook.,
|link=
,|3=
- Adds a link to your language's phrasebook page. It defaults to Appendix:language name phrasebook if true.
|linkedpage=
,|4=
- Sets up a custom link. Do not write the square brackets.
|cat=
and |link=
can be turned on or off by setting their values to true, 1, yes or false, 0, no, respectively. Other vaules will be ignored. Their default values are always false.
