Yes, I am! :D But they won't be acting as normal consonants, though. They'll will be used as particles to mark the speech function of the sentences as in:

You are coming tonight (statement, rather emphatic with "※") ≠ You are coming tonight? (Asking yes/no questions with "?") ≠ You are coming tonight! (as an order with "!") ≠ Are you coming tonight? (as an offer with "§")
