Hellu! ^^ Yes, regarding Buerkáns; I do think it looks rather plausible. That includes the phonology, the conjugation and the declensions. I like the linking and voicing processes in word boundaries! What I do find rather peculiar is the word "áppel", in which I would have expected the /p/ to have been voiced, historically. A tip is that you try to work out the sound shifts from Proto-Germanic a bit more.
