Siwa (natively, Siųa) is a language of the Alopian language family, spoken by around 45,000 people in Quebec, in the southern part of the region of Nord-du-Québec, stretching from Lake Mistassini to the shores of Rupert Bay. While mainly a priori, some roots are Uralic and Algonquian in origin, an evidence of the people's migration from Europe in the late Boreal age. It was created by Ljóni Poisson (u/empetrum on Reddit).[1][2]
