Here follows the Netagin source text for the Second Linguifex Relay. Ha-ndámh šeˀelan ha-bhíláh
Cil ndémóqráṭyath gcimúnáh, qatzónáh nyemhúláh ˤán. ˀÁdáˀ yarrízín hí:
