Gods

The Rham

Ixor

Ixor was the king of the Rham, and most powerful of the gods. They lead the victory at the beginning of time against destruction, and with the remaining gods established their court in the center of the universe, Satercas. However, over time they became gluttonous and corrupt with power, and collapsed in on themself, reintroducing destruction into the universe. The other gods then took up war against him, but they were not strong enough to defeat them outright, and a stalemate ensued, which continues to this day

It is because of Ixor that all things inevitably age, die, and decay. Thus, it is assumed that once they are defeated, that immortal life with be achieved for all living things. There are conflicting theories about what will happen to those who have already died at that point.

Odesser

Odesser is the god of the sun, patron of Telhramir, and supreme god in the Aeranid pantheon. They are credited with creating the first life on Avrid, as well as creating the Dim. It is said that Odesser appeared to Rhamanus atop of the mesa that would become Telrhamir, and gave them their blessing, and a mandate to cultivate creation in humanity. Odesser was considered to be in direct contact with the kings of Telrhamir, and then later the Mater Pristus of the Senate.

Odesser is usually depicted as very plain and unassuming; agendered, bald, beardless, and in their 60's or 70's, with dark brown or black skin, with simple white robes. They are often shown standing before the sun, or raising a hand to signal the covenant with Rhamanus. They are also occasionally shown wearing the robes of the Mater Pristus. Their symbol is a peregrine falcon.
