Rivers Cuomo is the most spoken Cuomoy language by amount of native speakers, with about 500,000 native speakers. Most live in the largest urban area of Long Rivers, El Scorcho(Rivers: ''Neyaantluu''). Philologically speaking, it has been shown to be very closely related with other Cuomo languages like [[Ionach]](sometimes called Jonas) and [[Mykkarlii]], which as led to some linguists to propose the existence of a Cuomoy sub-family, most often dubbed the Riveraya languages.
