	Haha, it gives the perquadringentage (x out of 400, a counterpart to the percentage) in base 20. I might use it to render the percentage of completeness on the main page (or not, and just write the whole thing out? Feel free to delete this as you see fit.) in my translation thereof into Themsaran.
