I have ideas for a text, it will be a song in Themsaran or Proto-/Old Tizian (with some coincidental similarities to the first text). Thus, we could settle all disputes by cranking out disses in conlangs (with interlinears and glosses). I see no reason why it couldn't be a pleathora of things; A springboard for member [rather than necessarily Admin] led Relays, A Conlang Rap Battle Thread, Translation Challenge [The Same Text in Multiple languages, with people giving Aesthetic input] and even a sort of language exchange arena where people trade and try to work with/learn the conlangs of others and compare the results. I was also about to propose for it to be used for a variety of purposes; the Conlang battles and Translation Challenges were a few of my [coming] suggestions, since the relays weren't going to be held there. :P All types of conlang challenges and activities!
