Unfortunately, we can't run Lilypond safely without investing in a k8s setup which is way out of reach budget-wise right now.

As these two features have seen less & less traffic in the recent years, we have taken the decision of retiring them fully.

The Linguifex site has had its backend systems upgraded to run on a newer operating system, homogenized HTTP stack (backend & TLS frontend now use the same) and was updated to version 1.30.

Linguifex will be updated to 1.32 as soon as possible

We now have sound file upload supported (.ogg format). Just add them to your article using <nowiki>[[File:Whatevername.ogg]]</nowiki>. Please don't upload gigantic files though. I'd rather not have to limit it unnecessarily.
