I'm PMOB. I like to learn foreign languages and conlang. I'm currently doing a master's in linguistics, as part of which I'm having Turkish lessons! I'm PMOB. I like to learn foreign languages and conlang. I'm currently doing a master's in linguistics, as part of which I'm having Turkish lessons! Unfortunately, I don't seem to have the time for conlanging nowadays. That said, I still pop in fairly often, even if I don't make a contribution on each visit since I have started to prefer using Word to document my languages.
If you want to leave me a message to ask about conlanging, languages, linguistics or any thing else, please do! Such messages are welcome in any language you think I'll have a chance of understanding, be it nat or con. Languages I'm happy to be contacted in are English, French, Russian, Czech, Portuguese, Esperanto, Swedish, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Turkish and Afrikaans (disclaimer: I'm not fluent in all of these but practice is always nice!).
Current project: a language with the working name Yanga /jaŋa/, the grammar is coming along quite nicely, though I only have about 200 roots; but I do have a translation of Schleicher's Fable below, complete with interlinear glosses:
