Oh yes, welcome! :D I'm so glad someone's come here instead of the other way around for a change! :P Yes, the html is something to get used to, but a tip is if you start by copying and pasting, it'll get you far!

Also, another convention on the wiki, is that we try to keep conversations on one talk page, the one where started! :p You didn't do anything wrong by messaging me (except that I advise you to start a new topic next time!) but I moved your message here for ease of reading!

It is Scandinavian-inspired, but not necessarily based off of any single one of those languages. I'm currently learning Danish for an exchange trip next year, although I was supposed to go to Norway, so I possess a knowledge of both of those languages. (My first choice was Norway, but there must have been some problem, i.e, there wasn't a host family, so I got put in my second choice, Denmark) I don't really know too much about Swedish beyond what can be gleaned from having knowledge of the other two.
